I don"t know what the hell is abdominal mass, and i think i have it. HELP?

Well first you need to get to the doctor to find out what it is. If the mass is that big they will order a CT or MRI, even X-ray to see what it is. Then they will discuss with you their findings and you will go from there. Don't get so worked up when it could just be gas :)- Hope you feel better soon.
