Why does blood shed not nourish or cleanse any body but blood not shed both nourishes and cleanses every body?

GOD IS PERFECT.....WHEN HE DIED HE DIED FOR ANYONE WHO REPENTS AND GETS saved...this was not too clear...consider repenting
